The story of Kinty Jones: a visionary, a man relentlessly focused on purpose, legacy, and craftsmanship.

There was a boy born and raised in Oklahoma. Dirt poor. One of five kids. His father—Jim Jones-a plumber—wasn’t a businessman in the polished sense. He was a tradesman. A gritty, resourceful man who did what it took to put food on the table. Roofing, plumbing, HVAC, odd jobs—he patched together a life with his hands, and often called on his sons to help.

 Among them was Jess Jones. But no one really called him Jess. They called him Kinty.

 From as early as eight years old, Kinty rode shotgun to job sites, passing wrenches, pulling wire, watching closely. This wasn’t summer camp. It was tough. Grit-on-your-knuckles, sunburn-on-your-neck kind of tough. But while others might’ve seen it as hardship, Kinty saw it as school.

 He didn’t learn in a classroom—he learned in crawl spaces and in attics. He learned from watching his dad problem-solve in real time. From hearing his older brother bark instructions. From the clanging pipes and the long drives home. It was chaotic, and it was formative.

 Kinty’s older brother, Jim, eventually launched an HVAC company. Kinty joined him, studied the trade, and saw something others missed: opportunity. Not just to build a business —but to build trust. To build service around relationships.

 At 24, Kinty took the leap and started his own HVAC business-Advance. It grew into a very large business. Kinty started his second business Kinty Jones Heating and Cooling.  That business became also very successful and still remains in operation today. 

 From the success he was seeing in the HVAC business he felt a need to create a plumbing company that would service NWA.  It’s a full circle to where it all began: plumbing. But this time, on his own terms. Kinty Jones Plumbing was born not out of ambition, but of calling.

 This isn’t just another plumbing company. It’s a master class in legacy. It’s a company where every job tells a story. Where plans are studied like blueprints for trust. Where clients are partners, not transactions. Where the team is built, not bought.

 Kinty doesn’t punch clocks. He builds futures—one pipe, one person, one project at a time. He’s not here to retire. He’s here to create. And that’s what great builders do. They see the holes in the wall and imagine a home. They see a mess , and imagine meaning.

 This is more than plumbing. This is legacy.
